Biography
Ana Hunter is Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. In this role, Hunter leads the organization focused on forging deep relationships with U.S. customers and partnering with them to align GF’ technology and manufacturing capabilities with their product roadmaps. Prior to joining GF, Hunter served as foundry vice president for the Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. System LSI business. Leading the U.S. business development team, Hunter was responsible for Samsung’s foundry customer activities in North America. She was also responsible for setting the strategic direction of the North America foundry business. Prior to Samsung, Hunter held various positions in the semiconductor foundry industry including vice president of U.S. operations for Communicant Semiconductor Technologies AG, Germany, and vice president of EDA and customer services for Chartered Semiconductor, Inc. Hunter holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Duke University.
