Biography
Rafael Buhay Concepcion, Jr. is an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer of GAR. He was appointed as a Director of GAR in August 2002 and as its Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. His last re-election as a Director was in 2016. Mr. Concepcion, aged 50, studied at the University of the Philippines where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1988. He later obtained a Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines in 1992 with scholarship from SGV Philippines.
