rs. Hwee Hua Lim serves as a Senior Advisor KKR & Co. L.P. Mrs. Lim serves as an Executive Director of Tembusu Partners Pte Ltd. Mrs. Lim served in the Singapore Parliament from December 1996 to May 2011. She served as Investment Analyst at Schweizerischer Bankverein. She served as Head of Research and Director of Business Development at Chase JF Ltd. She served as Head of Research and Director of Business Development at JP Morgan Securities (Far East) Limited. Mrs. Lim was a Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Singapore until May 2011 and concurrently as Second Minister for Finance and Transport from April 2009 to May 2011. Since 2006, she was a Member of Parliament for Aljunied Group Representation Constituency office and was also Second Minister for Finance and Second Minister for Transport. Mrs. Lim served as Senior Minister of State for Finance and Transport, Singapore Since 2008 and was Minister in the Prime Minister's Office since 2009. Mrs. Lim was elected as a Member of Parliament for Marine Parade Group Representation Constituency in both the 1997 and 2001 Singapore general elections. From 2000 to 2004, she served at Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd., as a Managing Director of Strategic Relations. Mrs. Lim focused on shareholder value, corporate governance including board matters and shareholder relations for investee companies
