Biography
Prior to that, he was with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions for companies in the ASEAN region. Kai Loon also worked at the corporate finance department in OCBC Bank, where he focused on M&A, public takeovers, initial public offerings (IPO) and capital markets transactions. He also previously worked in the investment banking divisions of Citigroup and ABN AMRO Bank in Hong Kong, where he was involved in M&A, IPOs and capital markets transactions in the Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT) and Energy & Resources sectors. Kai Loon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
