Biography
Ms. Leong Peiqi attained her Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy from Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore in 2007. During her course of study, she underwent extensive training at the National Dental Centre and the Health Promotion Board (HPB) for hygiene and therapy work. Between 2007 and 2010, Ms. Leong worked as a Dental Therapist under HPB in various primary and secondary schools. Through this working opportunity, she gained great experience in learning how to work as a team to render school children dentally fit through preventive approaches that involved customizing individual needs. In 2008, she was awarded the Service Excellence Award by Health Promotion Board for providing quality services to her patients. As a dedicated dental health professional, Ms Leong constantly updates herself through attending various education talks and courses.
