Carl De Vries

Biography

  Carl studied Sports Science in Perth, majoring in Performance Studies. Whilst in Perth, he worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach with professional athletes, including the Perth Glory soccer team, sprinters, swimmers and volleyballers. Carl's passion is working with athletes (professional and those just trying to beat everyone else) to achieve their fitness goals through sport specific personal training. He strongly believes that people should be trained according to their goals and desired outcome. A former full time athlete, Carl represented Singapore for 12 years in ten-pin bowling, including competing at the Asian and World Championships. Carl rates his best achievement as winning Gold at the Asian Championships. Qualifications  Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sports Science) Edith Cowan University (Australia) Certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach Level 1 by Australian Weightlifting Federation First Aid/CPR Certification, St John’s Ambulance
