Leads the Clinical Division, ensuring the company continues to deliver on our Full Service, FSP and Hybrid models; also drives our therapeutic alignment, protecting and continuing the Trusted Process® Nearly three decades of experience building successful global organizations in the pharmaceutical services, healthcare IT, life sciences, technology and global core laboratory industries Prior to the INC Research/inVentiv Health merger, served as President of the inVentiv Health Clinical Division, leading a team of 6,500 professionals with deep therapeutic capabilities in Phase I-IV services Previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Aptiv Solutions (acquired by ICON in 2014); former CEO, President and Board member of eResearchTechnology, Inc. (ERT) also led PAREXEL's Phase II-IV clinical operations for the Americas, as well as their global data management and global biostatistics groups Ph.D. and M.A. in Business Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Williams College
