Biography
John F. Fay is Chief Executive Officer of INTTRA. He is responsible for leading the company’s global business strategy and execution. He also served as CEO of Newedge USA and Head of the Americas Region and as a board member of a joint venture between Newedge and CITIC Industries in Shanghai, China. He was Co-CEO of Intinet LLC, a leading global electronic institutional agency broker, where he had previously held the role of Co-President, Head of Europe and Asia. There, he played an instrumental role in the launch of Chi-X Europe, the first pan-European exchange under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). At Instinet, John also served as Global CFO and Head of Strategy, after Instinet’s acquisition of Island ECN. John’s previous experience includes management roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley-Dean Witter.
