Biography
Mr Tay is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Crowe Horwath First Trust. Mr Tay is also an Independent Director of several public companies listed on the SGX Mainboard and Sesdaq. He is the Senior Advisor to the Government of Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province of the People's Republic of China. He also sits on several committees, including a sub-committee of the Singapore Institute of Directors, the Complaints and Disciplinary Panel – Public Accountants Oversight Committee and Standing Law Review Focus Group, both of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
