Claudia Teo

Biography

Claudia Teo was appointed to the Board on 18 June 2015 and serves as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Claudia currently heads the Corporate and Financial Services practice group in Harry Elias Partnership LLP (“HEP”). She possesses over 20 years of experience in advising on landmark transactions in corporate finance, including initial public offerings on the SGX-ST, placements and rights issues, privatisations, compliance and corporate governance issues.
