Cherry Huang

Biography

 As part of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team, Cherry is responsible for setting business strategy and ensuring financial stewardship to drive long-term growth across our pharmaceuticals business in Asia Pacific. She is also a member of the Global Pharmaceuticals Finance Leadership Team. In her previous role as Senior Finance Director of Johnson & Johnson Southeast Asia, Cherry was instrumental in shaping the governance model in the region. Partnering closely with commercial leaders, Cherry drove the value of the new business model while continuously improving its efficiency. Prior to her role in Southeast Asia, Cherry was the Senior Finance Director of Xian Janssen. In this position, she played a key role in turning around Xian Janssen’s performance, with the business registering competitive growth under her leadership. Cherry has held a number of finance roles within J&J across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Cherry holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA with the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago.
