Biography
Dr Benjamin Chang is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences in Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. He received his ophthalmic surgical training in the Republic of Ireland and was also a clinical fellow in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus in the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. Dr Chang is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and the Royal College of Ophthalmologists in London. His areas of ophthalmic practice include comprehensive ophthalmology, cataracts, paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus (adult and children).
