Dr Benjamin Yip Cherng Hann

Biography

 Dr Benjamin Yip was appointed Associate Consultant in 2013. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with MBBS in 2004 and obtained his MRCP (UK) in 2009. He was trained in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at NUH and obtained his specialist certification in 2013. Dr Yip has received the National Healthcare Group Long Service Award in 2011. He is also a clinical lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and clinical/posting supervisor for post graduate year 1 doctors in Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. He was awarded the HMDP scholarship in 2014 to train in the sub-speciality of advanced endoscopy at the Royal Free and University College Hospitals, London, United Kingdom. He received training in EUS, ERCP, SpyglassTM cholangioscopy, enteral dilation/stenting and double balloon enteroscopy.
