Biography
Dr Lim Kheng Tian received the undergraduate medical degree with honours from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland (RCSI) in 1998. He completed the RCSI’s basic and higher surgical training programme with the award of CCST and Intercollegiate FRCS (Gen Surg) in 2012. He completed the Master in Surgery (MCh) degree by thesis awarded by University College Dublin (UCD) in 2005. He received upper GI Surgery fellowship with Prof John Reynolds and Prof N Ravi at St James hospital, Ireland in 2013. He then worked as a consultant surgeon in general/upper GI surgery at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, UK for 2 years prior to joining KTPH.
Research Interest
management of benign and malignant oesophago-gastric disease, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, laparoscopic/minimal access surgery.
