Biography
Heather is one of our two Australian resident Directors. She is an Alderman on Clarence City Council, a member of the Tasmanian Division Council for the Australian Institute of Company Directors and co-founder and Director of Qew Orchards, a large family owned orchard in Tasmania. Heather is an accountant by training and has extensive experience in accounting and corporate governance. She has been an Independent Director on three other ASX listed companies. She also serves on a number of Not For Profit and Government Boards and committees. Heather has a Bachelor of Science (Hons), a Master of Business Administration, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
