Biography
Mr. William E. Klitgaard, also known as Bill, served as the President of Enlighten Health at Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings in 2015. Mr. Klitgaard served as Chief Information Officer and Corporate Senior Vice President of Covance Inc. since 2012 and served as its Treasurer since 1996. He has also served as Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Covance Inc. from 2000 through 2012. He’s also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Covance Inc. since 2010. Mr. Klitgaard served as Corporate Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Covance Inc. from 1999 to 2000 and Corporate Vice President from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Klitgaard served as Treasurer at Kenetech Corporation and spent eleven years in positions of increasing responsibility with Consolidated Freightways Inc. He has been a Director of Liaison Technologies Ltd. and Liaison Technologies, LLC. since 2013. Mr. Klitgaard holds an Undergraduate Degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Business.
