Ed Irwin

Biography

 Ed is a Managing Partner of Shore Points Capital, a New York based private equity firm focused on software and business service investments in the lower end of the middle market. Before co–founding Shore Points, Ed was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Group of BNP Paribas and a founding member and principal of Chase Capital Partners, a predecessor to JP Morgan Partners. Ed has been involved with Loftware as an investor and or director since 2005 and in addition has led investments in numerous successful private companies, notably including software businesses such as Colyar Technology Solutions, TSD Rental and SirsiDynix. Ed received a BA from Harvard University and holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
