Biography
Xavier has gathered over 28 years of multi-category commercial experience and general management with a specific exposure in Life Science Healthcare and biotech environment in various companies. Starting with Roquette in 1985 then Pasteur Merieux S&V, Aventis Pasteur MSD, Serono, Cegedim, Cider Santé, Arvem CS Europe and Cellectis bioresearch until 2014.He worked in various countries in Asia, North and South America as well as Europe and has a successful track record in managing commercial organizations.He founded Exicomes in 2014, a consulting company specifically dedicated to expanding commercial success in various technical and scientific environments.Xavier holds a Master of Science in Biochemical Engineering then a Ph.D. in Enzymology both at University of Compiègne (France) and graduated a Master of Pharmaceutical Marketing at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris as well as the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
