Dr. Chen Chung Ming

Biography

  Graduated 1994 (23 years since graduation) Education Bachelor of Medicine, University of Newcastle, Australia. Professional Experience Director of Colorectal Service and Director of Endoscopy Centre, Mount Alvernia Hospital. Visiting Consultant, Changi General Hospital, Singapore.Service Award in 2009.  He received his surgical training in the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1999. Dr Chen spent one year training on colorectal surgeryin Sydney, Australia, in 2006. He was appointed Senior Lecturer for Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore. Dr Chen has published several articles in peer reviewed journal and contributed chapter in colorectal surgery. Certifications Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (Advanced Surgical Training in General Surgery) 2004. Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (2005). Memberships Committee Member, Society of Colorectal Surgeons (Singapore). Awards Gold Service Award (2009). Best Service Award (2009).
