Biography
Prof. Fan is an associate professor with the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering since Dec. 1992. He received his Ph.D degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois at Chicago in 1989, and his B. Eng and M. Eng in Solid Mechanics from Tsinghua University (China) in 1982 and 1985, respectively.
