Biography
Jong C. C. obtained his BSc(Eng) and PhD in Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary College, University of London, U.K. He had worked in the area of high-level synthesis of digital systems for more than 3 years both in the academics and the industries in U.K. before he joined the Nanyang Technological University as a faculty member in 1991. He is now an Associate Professor in the Division of Circuits and Systems, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, where he teaches digital electronics, FPGA designs and digital integrated circuit design Dr. Jong is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Chartered IT Professional (CITP), a member of The Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and a member of The British Computer Society (BCS). His current technical interest includes high-level synthesis, digital system design, ASIC design, fast-prototyping using FPGA/CPLD, reconfigurable systems and CAD for IC designs.
