Biography
Dr Celene Ng Wei Qi obtained her medical degree from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2011. She went on to complete her training in general surgery as a resident at the National University Hospital. She obtained the Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2016. She has a sub-speciality interest in the field of breast surgery with a research and personal interest in the primary prevention of breast cancer and has contributed a book chapter on the subject. She has also published various general surgery articles in peer-reviewed research journals. Her passion is to enable and equip women to care for their health by changing the public perception of breast cancer. In her free time, she enjoys travelling and participating in humanitarian projects.
