Biography
Dr. Alexandre Chan is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Pharmacy at National University of Singapore (NUS) and an Associate Consultant Clinical Pharmacist at National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). He also serves as an Associate Editor of an international, peer-reviewed journal, Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice (JOPP). He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy at Rutgers University, and subsequently completed a Master of Public Health and two pharmacy residencies. He is currently certified by the US Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties as Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist.
