Biography
Director, Facilities & Co-Location Mr Thomas Tsang is responsible for facilities management of NetLink Trust’s Central Offices and Co-Locations. Overseeing the facilities team, he ensures the smooth running of plant operations and maintenance to sustain high availability of telecommunications infrastructure and a vital environment for Requesting Licensees to house their telecom equipment. Mr Tsang has over 25 years of experience in the service industry. He was General Manager of UMC ServiceMaster (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the United Engineers Group and was a key member in starting the ServiceMaster Healthcare Support Management business, which successfully expanded to government re-structured hospitals and private hospitals in the late 1980s. He also has extensive regional experience having worked for a Singapore-based logistics company in Hong Kong, China and Malaysia. When he returned to Singapore, he served as Senior Operations Manager at the United Engineers Group, overseeing three service sectors covering over 40 facilities in healthcare, commercial and industrial. Mr Tsang received his Bachelor in Mathematics from the University of Alberta, Canada.
