Mr Tiong Onn Seng

Biography

Director, Service Provisioning Mr Tiong Onn Seng is responsible for the service provisioning of fibre connections to end-users, customer service operations and engagement of building management. Since 2009, he has been part of OpenNet’s management team and was instrumental in the completion of the nationwide rollout of the fibre optic passive infrastructure. Mr Tiong has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and cable TV industries. Before joining OpenNet, he held leadership positions at Singapore Telecom, Singapore Cable Vision and StarHub. He was also an Electrical Engineer at the Housing & Development Board, responsible for the CATV installation and operations. Mr Tiong holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (Honors) from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor in Psychology from Central Queensland University. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Temasek Polytechnic and a Diploma in Telecommunications Management from Temple University.
