Biography
Adam graduated with a Masters from the British School of Osteopathy and proceeded to achieve a Masters in Public Health. He is interested in looking at health not only from the clinical perspective but also through the wider lens of how health is affected by our individual interaction with the environment. This is reflected in his volunteering experience at a homeless community in London, consulting and supporting patients there.
Research Interest
On top of a structural treatment approach, Adam provides his patients with comprehensive steps to improve their lifestyle habits and to help them regain functionality. This is done through incorporating different visceral and spinal manipulation techniques to achieve the best outcome for his patients. Adam has also extensive experience in treating pregnant women as well as musicians who often present with joint pain issues. Aside from English, Adam also speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and Malay. During his free time, he enjoys cycling, drumming, playing badminton and basketball.
