 Mr. Low Kah Tzay  is a Pediatrician and TCM Physician (Traditional Chinese Medicine) in Orchard, Singapore and has an experience of 27 years in these fields. Mr. Low Kah Tzay practices at Anson International Paediatric & Child Development Clinic in Orchard, Singapore. He completed MBBS from National University of Singapore, Singapore in 1990, MMed (Paed) from National University of Singapore, Singapore in 1997 and FAMS - Fellowship of the Academy Medicine from Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2000. He is a member of Singapore Medical Council.
