Receiving and unloading incoming materials while verifying accuracy of shipment and inspection for damages and defects, •Ensuring immediate sampling and approval from QC for received material as per GMP requirement, •Pioneered the development and implementation of applicable authorized Tags/labels as per the Warehouse Management System: Inspect items for Quantity and Quality assurance, scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse and accurate record keeping by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data. •maintaining storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements •Maintain housekeeping of the area and restocking of general supplies monitoring the QBMS and update in logbook. Ensure area compliance to safety(Removal of hazardous products/items) • Ensuring equipments are maintained in a properly functioning state which includes compliance to equipment operating procedures, troubleshooting breakdowns; ensure periodic preventive maintenance activity •Adhered to all standard operating procedures and ensure daily/weekly/monthly performance levels are achieved. •Contribute to the creation, revision compliance of Material specifications, standard operating procedures, and working instructions. •Received initial and continued training on guidelines such as PIC/s, EU, CFR •Experienced in dispensing of Raw Materials/API/Excipients/Packaging Materials for various drug products batch sizes varying from 100kg to 1150kg with adherence to current practices of Aseptic processing wherever applicable •Understood the importance of stock rotation and dispensed materials as per FEFO/FIFO •Key participant in the internal and external audit related to Pharmaceutical such as National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau and Mylan Pharmaceuticals.
