Pharmacist with MBA and doctorate from UK and Australia respectively and with more than 18 years of experience in heading the APAC region in RA/ QA/Medical affairs/New product development for Pharmaceutical/Biological/consumer products (15 years), Medical devices (7 years) and clinical trials (5 years) in both USA and European MNCs. Managed a team ranging from 18 to 32 within a matrix organization. Singaporean citizen and relocated for work in Shanghai, Sweden, Hong Kong, Sydney, Princeton and set up regional offices in Singapore, HK and Shanghai.
