Biography
Paul first moved to Singapore after graduating from the University of Nottingham with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in 2008. He worked at a government hospital where he specialised in treating spinal conditions, before moving to InTouch where he spent three years further developing his clinical skills. Paul returns to Singapore and ProHealth InTouch after three years back in the UK, where he worked for the British military and was a lecturer on the Sports Rehabilitation Degree at the University of Hull. Paul has a clinical interest in Spinal and Shoulder conditions, as well as over-use lower limb sporting injuries. Whilst working for the Army, Paul treated a lot of musculo-skeletal injuries related to hard training regimes. He has become skilled in running technique assessment and adaption of training programs. He enjoys treating patients using a mixture of manual techniques, corrective exercises and education, whilst keeping up to date with the latest research on best practice. Paul played semi-professional rugby for Bristol Rugby Club while at University and during that time was also selected for England Students and U21's. Injuries cut short a promising Rugby career but he still enjoys various different sports including rowing, road cycling and water polo.
