Biography
Dr Khoo Chong Yew is an Ophthalmologist. He is Visiting Consultant to the Singapore National Eye Centre, and National University Hospital. He is also Chairman of the Institutional Review Board (for Clinical Trials) of the Singapore Eye Research Institute. Dr Khoo was a clinical teacher and examiner for the Postgraduate Ophthalmology degrees of FRCSEd and MMed (Ophth). He has been Chairman of the National Committee on Ophthalmology, the National Medical Ethics Committee and a member of the Singapore Medical Council.
