Biography
Dr Tony Tan Yew Teck is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who is a feto - maternal medicine specialist. He works at Raffles Hospital and attends to patients for both general obstetrics and gynaecology conditions. These include pre-pregnancy assessment, routine pregnancy care and delivery of babies. General gynaecology conditions include routine gynaecological check-ups, PAP smears and gynaecological surgery for women’s problems. Dr Tony Tan was trained in fetal medicine and fetal therapy at Queen Charlotte's Hospital, London. He specialises in the management of high risk pregnancies such as multiple pregnancies, fetal screening (eg. first trimester screening, fetal anomaly scan, growth scan and Doppler studies), invasive diagnostic procedures (eg. amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, fetal blood sampling) and fetal therapy.
