Biography
Mark has served since 2008 as Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Haynes International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HAYN), a manufacturer of engineered nickel-based and cobalt-based alloys for the aerospace, energy, and chemical industries. Prior to joining Haynes, he was President of the Alloy and International Divisions of Brush Engineered Materials, Inc., now Materion, Inc. (NYSE: MTRN). Mark holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Canisius College of Buffalo, New York.
