Biography
Dr Kevin Chua is a practising radiation oncologist in the National Cancer Centre, Singapore. His clinical interests include the use of novel radiotherapy techniques in the treatment of central nervous system, lung and haematological malignancies. He earned his medical degree with distinction from King’s College London School of Medicine. Following that, he undertook his post-graduate training in Radiation Oncology and Oncologic Imaging in the National Cancer Centre Singapore. As a recipient of the SingHealth Manpower Development Plan award, he completed fellowships in clinical oncology at the University College London Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, London. He has a keen interest in research and education and has presented his work in both international and local conferences. He is currently a co-investigator in studies related to intrinsic radiation sensitivity, stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic radiation therapy. Since 2009, Dr Chua is also a formally elected Associate of King's College London.
