Biography
Dr Tira Tan is an Associate Consultant at the Division of Medical Oncology. She read Medicine at Imperial College London, UK, graduating in 2006 with a combined MBBS-BSc. Dr Tan continued her post graduate training in internal medicine at the Oxford deanery in the UK and Singapore Health Services (SingHealth) cluster in Singapore, obtaining her membership with the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2010 and subsequent specialist accreditation in 2015. Dr Tan’s main area of interest is in the field of breast cancer and is heavily involved in oncology clinical trials. She is the principal and co-investigator in many early and late phase clinical trials and plays a key role in the phase 1 unit.
