Biography
Assoc Prof Goh graduated with MBBS (S’pore) in 1983 and continued to pursue Master of Medicine, specializing in Internal Medicine at NUS in 1987. He is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Haematology and Acting Chairman, Division of Research. In addition, Assoc Prof Goh heads the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit and is also the Director for the Department of Clinical Trials and Resource Centre and the Clinical Research in SGH. He has been recipient of more than S$5 million in research grants. He is also Adjunct Associate Professor at Duke–NUS Medical School and Clinical Senior Lecturer at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
Research Interest
Assoc Prof Goh has always been particularly keen in research and has research initiatives in various aspects of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, immunotherapy for hematologic malignancies and clinical trials involving various hematologic malignancies; notably Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, Multiple Myeloma and Leukemia and the use of novel agents, anti-infectives and supportive therapy.
