Biography
Dr Seet attained her DPhil from the University of Oxford, UK in Biochemistry followed by post-doctoral training in Amgen Research Institute, Toronto, Canada and the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, A*STAR, Singapore. Prior to joining SERI, she was in the biomedical industry as a group leader in Viacell Singapore Pte Ltd. Her extensive experience in both academia and biopharma research is now directed toward developing next-generation anti-fibrotic compounds for ocular and other fibrotic conditions.

Ocular wound healing, anti-fibrotic drug discovery, prevention of scarring in glaucoma filtration surgery, siRNAs and small molecules as potential anti-fibrotic therapeutics, pterygium cell biology
