Dr Bee Yong Mong

Biography

 Dr Bee graduated with MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 1998. He completed his training in internal medicine at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2004. Following this, he embarked on his specialist training in Endocrinology at SGH. In 2009, he was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) fellowship by the Ministry of Health and spent the year training at the Joslin Diabetes Centre in Boston under the supervision of Professor Susan Bonner-Weir. He was awarded the National Medical Research Council New Investigator Grant in 2011.
