Biography
Dr Lou Yun joined SMU in 2017. Prior to SMU, she taught the EMBA, MBA, and MIF programs at HEC Paris. She received her PhD in Accounting from London Business School. Her research interests include the role of accounting information in debt markets, disclosure, auditing, corporate governance, and private equity. She has published in the Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Accounting, Auditing, and Finance, and Journal of Economics and Management Strategy.
