Biography
Sandeep has multi-dimensional background in Human Resources, Consulting & Information Technology domain across Singapore, India and the United States of America. He has unique experiences of working in multi-nationals, government organization, & start-ups. He has previously worked with IBM, Apar Infotech, KIOCL, Readiminds. He is currently the Managing Director of Flexione Pte Ltd, a Singapore based on-site technical services firm supporting Information Technology and Electronics Firms. Sandeep has a Masters Degree in Personnel Management and Labour Welfare from Utkal University with a First Class rank (Gold Medalist). He has also pursued HR and Management courses in the continuing studies arm of Stanford University and University of California, Berkeley. He has co-authored CCH Publications "HR Strategies in Asia ". During his spare time he pursues his other interest, "music" and has been featured in the Singapore Arts Festival as a singer.
