Biography
Xiaoran Chai, Research Officer. Xiaoran received her B.S. (2010) in Computational Biology from National University of Singapore (NUS), with a minor in Mathematics. Later she obtained her M.S. in Statistics from NUS (2016). Her research interests are in the areas of next generation sequencing analysis, especially for RNA-Seq studies, ChIP-Seq studies and Methyl-Seq studies. Xiaoran was a Bioinformatics Specialist at Genome Institute of Singapore from 2011-2013, was a Research Assistant/Associate at Duke-NUS Medical School from 2013-2017, and joined our lab in April 2017.
