Sian Jenkin

Biography

Dr Jenkin is a British-trained dentist with 10 years of postgraduate hospital experience in various specialities in the UK, some in recognized, accredited Royal College training posts and relocated to Singapore in 1997. She is a Fellow in Dental Surgery of The Royal College of Surgeons of England and underwent specific hospital training in specialist areas, namely, oral surgery (wisdom tooth surgery), oral medicine (soft tissue surgery) as well as periodontics (gum and supporting bone disease) and has a special interest in these fields. Dr Jenkin has been practising now in Singapore for the past 12 years and works with dentists who have had overseas post-graduate training in complementary areas to her own in order to provide the best advice and highest level of total dental care possible for every patient. At T32 Dental Centre, Dr. Jenkin sees and treats expatriate and local patients of all ages with a gentle conservative approach and carries out all basic and preventative dental procedures as well as oral surgery, periodontics and teeth whitening. She also has a special interest in treating dentally phobic patients of any age and has developed a treatment method where patients can relax and watch and listen to an age appropriate movie during their treatment procedures.
