Biography
A native of Nevada, Dr. Rueckl is a board certified dermatologist and skin cancer surgeon. After obtaining a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Southern California, Dr. Rueckl attended medical school first at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, and finished his degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. After obtaining his degree, Dr. Rueckl did an internship in internal medicine. The following year, Dr. Rueckl decided he wanted a more specialized field and applied to Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island, where he obtained his specialized dermatology degree. Immediately following graduation, Dr. Rueckl completed a fellowship in Mohs surgery at UC Irvine School of Medicine.
