Julene Samuels

Biography

 Dr. Samuels is a board certified plastic surgeon who has been practicing plastic surgery since 1994 in Louisville, Ky. She attended undergrad and medical school at the University of Kentucky, acquiring a BS in Pharmacy and graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1987. She then completed a five year residency in general surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas and remained at that institution to complete a two year residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery (a combined program between UT, Parkland and Baylor). She began her private practice in Louisville in 1994. Dr. Samuels is also an associate clinical professor of plastic surgery with the University of Louisville Department of Plastic Surgery.
