Monica Berlin

Biography

 Ms. Berlin has over 20 years of increasingly responsible experience spanning surgical, managerial, operations, marketing and sales functions. She is widely recognized for her leadership, unprecedented breadth of skills and track record of success. Ms. Berlin served as a highly respected surgical technologist in both hospital and private settings. She managed the clinical operations and surgery center of one of the most prominent plastic surgery institutes in U.S., and she led sales activities for this institute, doubling prices and dramatically increasing revenues while managing relationships with highly demanding patients. Currently, she serves as VP of Sales and Marketing for a start-up she co-founded that is pioneering new approaches to perioperative patient care. She also provides business consulting services to medical practices and related enterprises.
