Biography
Dr Andrew Tay is an MOH accredited plastic surgeon who has been in private practice since 2006. He graduated from the National University of Singapore and upon completion of basic surgical training, became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1995. He underwent advanced surgical training in Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery at the Singapore General Hospital. He was subsequently awarded the Health Manpower Development Programme scholarship to further his training in plastic surgery and the subspecialty of craniomaxillofacial surgery at the University Hospital Basel, Switzerland.
