Biography

 Mr Lee Seng Chan is the Managing Partner of UHY Lee Seng Chan & Co, the Senior Partner of Foo, Lee An & Associates and the Director of LSC Management Consultants Pte Ltd.   Mr. Lee founded the firm as a sole proprietor in 1967 and has since then transformed the company to become a leading business advisory group with 9 regional offices in the Asia Pacific. He has more than 45 years of professional exposure and experience in auditing and accounting ranging wide spectrum of industries such as trading and retailing, service, construction, logistics, manufacturing, plantations, transport and freight forwarding, agriculture, hotels and restaurants, fishing companies, travel and tour agents to name a few.  He is involved in managing sizeable client portfolio that provides services in taxation, business valuations, merges and acquisitions, corporate recovery and restructuring, due diligence reviews, initial public offerings, risk evaluations and management aspects of corporate activities across a spectrum of industries.
