Biography
As Head of Human Resources, Darsha is responsible for managing the full range of people-related matters across the milling business. Darsha is a registered psychologist, with post graduate qualifications from the University of Sydney in Labour Law, Labour Relations and Coaching, supplemented with more than 20 years’ experience in HR. This experience has been gained locally and overseas, and spans a range of industries and companies including Sony, MMEM, ANZ Bank and Barclays Bank.
