Biography
Dr Brian Heng Boon Liat is an ENT (Otorhinolaryngologist) at the Wilmer Clinic Pte Ltd in Wilmer Place. He completed his MBBS in 1973 at the University of London, UK, DLO (ENT) in 1978 and FRCS (ENT) in 1980 at the Royal College of Surgeons, UK.
