Biography
Rose Foo graduated from the University of Singapore in 1978 with a Bachelor of Accountancy. Rose is a Fellow Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA) and a Public Accountant. After graduation, Rose worked in an international public accounting firm for 4 years and in commercial organizations for 5 years. She also lectured in several established educational institutions for more than 10 years in financial accounting, management accounting and business development. She then established Y C Foo & Co. in 1986, Praise The Lord Management Consultants in 1999 (privatized in 2004) and Praise The Lord Accounting Services Pte. Ltd. in 2008
